Hallie Ridge Estates will convert common areas into beautiful landscaping, parks, paths, and play areas. The design will consider four season interest, natural choices, community usage, and attempt to create an everyday retreat for the homeowner.

A combination of hardscape materials from Red Flint Rock and Stone, Wisconsin's most beautiful perennials, and interesting trees and shrubs will complete the topography.

55 acre park

The neighborhood will be adjacent to an approximately 55 acre park with about 20 acres of water, a beach area, and walking paths. This park will be donated to the township of Hallie by Rock Solid Real Estate and Development LLC once the landscaping is complete.

Near the community center, there will be a sports field for the kids to practice soccer or a friendly adult game of flag football.
